Legal Integrity & Consumer Protection

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between HydroX Drive and you. They are structured in three parts: Vehicle Sourcing Protocol (Part 1), General Commercial & Business Terms (Part 2), and Digital Platform & Intellectual Property Usage (Part 3).

Part 01

VEHICLE SOURCING TERMS

1

1. The Sourcing & Consultation Process

Initial Brief

You submit your vehicle specifications, requirements, and budget via our platform.

Curated Recommendations

We analyze the UK market and present tailored vehicle recommendations matching your criteria. No financial commitment or purchase obligation is required during the initial consultation and recommendation phase.

Customer Confirmation Required

Mandatory Rule

No vehicle will be purchased, bidded on, or officially secured until it has been formally presented to you and explicitly confirmed and approved by you.

Deposits & Upfront Terms

Once you provide final confirmation on a recommended model, a Sourcing Deposit is paid. Depending on the complexity, value, or specificity of the request, HydroX Drive reserves the right to request up to a 50% upfront deposit to authorize acquisition. You will be kept fully updated throughout the acquisition and logistics phase.

2

2. The 7-Day Testing & Regression Protocol

Once the vehicle is sourced and collected, it enters our mandatory 7-day test and preparation phase:

Regression & Performance Testing

The vehicle undergoes extensive road and systems testing—driving up to 180–200 miles across various real-world conditions and driving scenarios to flush out intermittent faults, electrical gremlins, or hidden mechanical wear.

Dynamic Rectification

Any issues spotted, triggered, or emerging during this rigorous 180–200 mile regression testing phase are fully investigated and fixed by our diagnostic and partner garage network.

3

3. Final Servicing, Warranty, Payment & Handover

Delivery-Day Servicing & Warranty

On the exact day of scheduled delivery, the vehicle undergoes its final service, and a comprehensive, relevant vehicle warranty is activated.

Mandatory Prior Payment

The total balance of payment must be made and cleared prior to vehicle delivery or release. Vehicles will not be dispatched or handed over until full funds are registered.

Doorstep Delivery vs. Partner Collections

The vehicle can be delivered directly to your doorstep. Alternatively, collections can be arranged from one of our nearest partner network locations, subject to prior scheduling and agreement.

Documentation

You receive the vehicle alongside all inspection records, testing logs, service documentation, and warranty details.

4

4. Cancellations, Deposit Refunds & Deductions

Because we invest significant time, logistics, and partner resources into sourcing, collecting, and testing vehicles after your confirmation, our deposit and cancellation policy operates under clear terms:

Change of Mind Post-Confirmation & Sourcing

If you decide to change your mind after you have given confirmation and the vehicle has been successfully sourced and secured using your deposit:

Your deposit is refundable subject to deductions to cover administrative overhead, preliminary sourcing labor, and any logistical costs already incurred up to that point.

Delayed Refund Cases

In specific circumstances—such as where bespoke transport has been paid for, specialized diagnostics or prep work have been completed, or the vehicle has already entered our physical network pipeline:

The deposit refund may be withheld entirely until the vehicle is successfully re-listed and sold to another buyer.
Part 02

GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Application of Business Terms

1.1. These Business Terms apply to all professional services, vehicle acquisition arrangements, diagnostic agreements, and commercial transactions entered into by HydroX Drive ("we", "us", "our") and any client or customer ("you", "your").

1.2. By instructing us to source, test, prepare, or deliver a vehicle, or by paying any deposit or invoice issued by HydroX Drive, you agree to be bound by these Business Terms.

2.1. Pricing Transparency

All vehicle sourcing estimates, target budgets, and preparation pricing discussed during the initial consultation phase are provided in good faith based on current UK market conditions.

2.2. Invoicing & Payment Milestones

Payments must be paid via approved bank transfer or designated payment methods. Work or physical collection will not proceed until cleared funds are registered.

2.3. Late Payments

We reserve the right to charge statutory interest and recovery costs on any overdue business invoices or unpaid balances in accordance with UK late payment legislation.

3

3. Delivery, Risk & Title

3.1. Nationwide Delivery

Doorstep delivery is coordinated across the United Kingdom through our logistics partners. Delivery dates and times provided are estimates and subject to road conditions, logistics scheduling, and external factors.

3.2. Transfer of Risk

Risk of damage to or loss of the vehicle passes to you immediately upon successful handover and delivery at your designated UK address or partner collection point.

3.3. Retention of Title

Legal ownership and title of the vehicle remain with HydroX Drive until all outstanding fees, service costs, and final balances have been paid in full and cleared.

4

4. Consumer Rights & Statutory Compliance

4.1. Consumer Protections

Where you contract with us as a consumer (acting outside your trade, business, or profession), you benefit from mandatory protections under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations.

4.2. Vehicle Quality & Fitness for Purpose

We ensure that any vehicle supplied matches its described specification, is of satisfactory quality, and is fit for purpose, having undergone our 180–200 mile regression testing and safety rectification protocols.

5

5. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

5.1. Exclusion of Indirect Loss

HydroX Drive shall not be liable to you for any business interruption, loss of profit, loss of contracts, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of vehicle delivery delays or mechanical failures outside our control.

5.2. Financial Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you under any contract for vehicle sourcing and preparation shall not exceed the total value of the fees paid by you to HydroX Drive for that specific transaction.

5.3. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms if such failure stems from events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, acts of God, nationwide transport strikes, severe fuel shortages, or major digital infrastructure outages.
